Alex Covino has established himself in the business world with accomplished track records on both Wall Street and Main Street. Early in his career, he worked as an equity trader where he was responsible for actively managing a short-term oriented portfolio in a continuously changing market. Alex later took his talent for identifying inefficiencies and trends in the capital markets and applied it to residential and commercial real estate. He worked to build a high-output real estate investment company which helped bridge the gap between the conventional seller and institutional investors.
Alex understands the importance of transactional leadership and its influence on the deal process, and has the ability to align the objectives and needs of all parties into one uniform, mutually beneficial accord.
