Michael Yanke has a 20+ year history of entrepreneurial leadership and is a marketing management strategist with a proven record of achievement. He demonstrates success expanding multimillion-dollar sales growth while providing sales leadership in highly competitive markets. His C-level experience comes from persistence in building new business, securing client loyalty, and forging strong relationships with external business partners.
Michael started in the automotive industry at a young age in the family business, an automotive/marine consumer product. As president of the company for more than 6 years, he led the effort in surpassing more than $130,000,000 in lifetime product sales through training, new sales, product development, and marketing efforts including auto racing national sponsorships. He worked with dealerships principles and management on warranty packages backed by the automotive finishes they produced.
Michael also created a SaaS company where he built the company from ground-up, developing a web-to-print CRM system, specialized in personal connections with a customer in the business-to-consumer space. Even years after this strategic exit, the company and program are still in use serving thousands of customers daily.
Yanke’s experience is diverse through his career and spreads across the world. Recently, he was Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of India’s first professional basketball league, as well as the first to produce live professional basketball games on television in the country. As one of the two key decision makers; he directed all aspects of the business in addition to marketing such as investor and public relations, led sponsorship efforts with Fortune 500 companies, television production, coach and player management, contractual and legal, go-to-market strategies, brand creation and development. His team’s marketing efforts surpassed more than 100 million annual impressions within the first 2 years of starting the business.
Michael’s experience brings a unique perspective to facilitate transactions with the ability to understand how to execute across multiple aspects of the business. As a long-time business owner, he can relate with experience in the acquisition process.
Outside of his professional experience, as a sports enthusiast he spends his weekends giving back to the community by coaching and leading young athletes in highly competitive baseball across the US.
