New York June 28, 2022 – DCG announced the successful completion of Bob Stallings Hyundai to Clay Cooley Auto Group, now Clay Cooley Hyundai. Clay Cooley Auto Group has served the automotive needs of the Dallas metro for more than 20 years. The dealership is Cooley’s third Hyundai dealership in the Dallas area and 16th overall. George Pero and Brian O’Malley of DCG facilitated the transaction. Brian O’Malley has more than 35 years of regional and corporate OEM experience. As Director of Dealer Network Development at Hyundai, he was responsible for Dealer Development strategy, market studies, and hundreds of buy/sells.
