DCG Closes Washington-Based Stewart Subaru To McCurley Integrity Dealerships, Now McCurley Subaru Of Yakima

DCG’s 26th Closing of 2021 Continues Record-Setting Year

New York, NY – October 28, 2021 – DCG closed on the acquisition by Washington state industry leader McCurley Integrity Dealerships from Stewart Subaru, now McCurley Subaru of Yakima.

The new McCurley Integrity Dealership is the company’s seventh automotive location in Washington state. The group, which recently celebrated 40 years in the Washington Tri-Cities, is dedicated to serving customers with first-class customer service and giving back to the community. Its commitment to drivers earned McCurley Integrity Dealerships the 2019 Consumer Satisfaction Award.

Through its partnership with 3 Rivers Corvette Club, McCurley Integrity Dealerships has approached raising $1 million in 2021 for Make-A-Wish Alaska and Washington.

DCG also represented the sale of two more Lexus dealerships in California, Lexus of Oxnard and Lexus of Santa Barbara, purchased by Ken Garff Automotive Group from Lithia Motors. In addition, DCG represented Las Vegas dealerships acquired by Lithia Motors, one of the most sought-after automotive markets in the industry.
