LeadCar Chevrolet Yorkville Divests to Mastrovito Auto Group

Yorkville, NY – February 23, 2026 – Dave Cantin Group (DCG) is proud to announce the successful strategic divestiture of LeadCar Chevrolet Yorkville to Mastrovito Auto Group, led by Frank Mastrovito, owner of Mastrovito Hyundai in Yorkville, New York. This marks Mastrovito’s second dealership acquisition in the Yorkville market.

DCG represented LeadCar in the transaction. Tony Karabon, EVP & Head of Acquisition Management at Dave Cantin Group, led the engagement on behalf of the seller. With deep experience advising dealers across New York and a strong understanding of the Yorkville market, DCG was honored to guide this significant transition.

This transaction serves as a reminder of the importance of long-term planning and trusted advisory support. Nearly 50% of dealers still do not have a formal succession plan in place.
