DCG Acquisitions, Closes on Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Santa Rosa

(New York, New York – March 14, 2022) DCG Acquisitions, a Dave Cantin Group (DCG) company, today announced the successful completion of Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Santa Rosa to Cardinale Automotive Group, now CardinaleWay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Santa Rosa. DCG represented both parties.

This addition is the 22nd franchised store for Cardinale Auto Group, which currently owns stores in California, Arizona and Nevada. Cardinale Auto Group has been an automotive staple for over 40 years, driven by a passion for people, and recognizing cars as a “vehicle” for creating meaningful connections.

Lithia Motors, one of the largest automotive acquisition groups in the country, is no stranger to DCG. The Dave Cantin Group represented the sale of two Lithia Motors Lexus dealerships in California. In addition, DCG represented four Las Vegas dealerships acquired by Lithia Motors. Alex Covino and George Pero of the Western Region facilitated the transaction.
