Dave Cantin Group is proud to have successfully managed the multi-dealership deal between Ed Napleton Automotive Group and Lithia & Driveway, with Dave Cantin managing this deal for the Dave Cantin Group. This deal includes West Palm Beach Hyundai, Napleton’s Palm Beach Acura, and Genesis of West Palm Beach.
This deal brings together two automotive powerhouses, Lithia & Driveway, as No. 1 in Automotive Retail on the Fortune 500 for the second year in a row, and Ed Napleton Automotive Group, which operates some 70 dealerships across 7 states.
“These high-opportunity stores expand our presence in the growing Southeast region, increasing the density of our omnichannel platform and improving the diversity of our brands,” said Bryan DeBoer, Lithia CEO. “These acquisitions reflect our continued focus on strategic growth powered by our disciplined approach to deploying capital and maximizing shareholder return.”
With this acquisition, Lithia’s total year-to-date expected annualized revenue acquired reaches $620 million. The West Palm Beach dealerships give Lithia stronger positioning in Florida’s growing market while adding premium brands Hyundai, Acura, and Genesis to their Southeast footprint.
Congratulations to both Ed Napleton Automotive Group and Lithia and Driveway on this milestone deal!
