Michael Frank

Michael Frank joined Dave Cantin Group as a Managing Director in 2024, bringing over 35 years of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in captive finance and OEM operations. His passion for the field began while studying at the University of Toledo, inspired by Iacocca: An Autobiography.

He launched his career at Chrysler Credit Corporation in 1987 and played a pivotal role in revitalizing Daimler Truck Finance, restoring profitability, and growing a startup hybrid business unit to over $2 billion in portfolio acquisitions. At Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicles, Michael built a high-performing dealer network and later transformed Mercedes-Benz USA’s Southern Region into a Top 5 global sales market.

Michael resides in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, with his wife, Maria. He is an avid fitness enthusiast, reader, cook, gardener, and music composer. A lifelong member of the Italian Sons and Daughters of America and a USA Hockey Level 4 coach, he is also a dedicated community volunteer, supporting Naval families and mentoring Vietnam veterans through fitness training.
