DCG Acquisitions, Closes on Lithia Honda of Abilene

(New York, New York – April 5, 2022) DCG Acquisitions, a Dave Cantin Group (DCG) company, today announced the successful completion of Lithia Honda of Abilene to Varela Group Texas, now All Star Honda. DCG represented both parties. Varela Group Texas was established in 1994 in Palestine, Texas and now operates five new car dealerships, as well as farm and recreational vehicle dealership.

It began with All Star Ford Mercury and 28 employees, and today has grown to over 100 employees and five companies. Lithia Motors, one of the largest automotive acquisition groups in the country, is no stranger to DCG. The Dave Cantin Group represented the sale of two Lithia Motors Lexus dealerships in California. In addition, DCG represented four Las Vegas dealerships acquired by Lithia Motors. Tony Karabon of the Central Region facilitated the transaction.
