ACQUISITION HIGHLIGHTS

Steve Rucinski and Lady Rucinski are a brother and sister team. Stephen’s CDJR was their family-owned business for many years. As part of their succession planning, Lady was to retire while Steve planned to spend more time helping and guiding his son to operate their other CDJR dealership in Bennington VT.

Chris Otto was delighted to add CDJR of Greenwich to his current Cadillac dealership. The new group of dealerships create a perfect blend of brands for the upstate NY market where he is based.

This acquisition was facilitated, in part, by DCG Capital, helping dealership-driven businesses find the best terms on business loans for their organizations.
