Jim Duffy

Jim has been with DCG Capital since November, 2020. As one of the Executives responsible for DCG Capital’s ‘Ownership Accelerator Program’, Jim is the point man of the Program, fielding and communicating with all prospective clients initial applications and inquiries into the Program. Jim leads the initial screening process in determining if interested applicants are qualified to own their first dealership. In addition, Jim assists the DCG Capital team by accepting and reviewing all floorplan, capitalization loans and real estate lending inquiries. 

Prior to joining DCG Capital, Jim has spent time working in sales, consulting and client management in the subscription/product fulfillment space along with insurance and financial advising. Jim also coached NCAA Division 1 baseball for 17 years following a professional playing career with the Houston Astros. Jim continues to train and mentor amateur players today.
