(New York, New York – September 30, 2021)  DCG Acquisitions, a Dave Cantin Group (DCG) Company, has closed on the acquisition of Carfagno Chevrolet, now Bergey’s Chevrolet. The acquisition was completed on Sept. 27, adding to the company’s unprecedented year.

Bergey’s legacy spans 90 years. Founded in 1924 by Norman L. Bergey in Franconia, Pennsylvania, what started as a simple auto repair shop has grown to dealerships in over 28 locations throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. The new Bergey’s Chevrolet is located in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania.

DCG also represented the sale of two more Lexus dealerships in California, Lexus of Oxnard and Lexus of Santa Barbara, purchased by Ken Garff Automotive Group from Lithia Motors.
